OUR STUDIO
Heartstring is a boutique, award-winning production house that is nestled in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia. We’ve just moved our operations and are renovating the local country church for our studio! Here, we create documentary films, shorts, web and commercial videos as well as soundtracks and music for the film and music scene. We take a project from idea to art and are inspired by the natural music around us. We offer a professional, creative experience for filmmakers, musicians and producers alike. If it's film direction, photography, cinematography, soundtrack composition, mixing and mastering that you want - we have it all.

Offering eclectic, original scoring for the film and advertising industries, we work on your timeline and serve your needs quickly and efficiently. We like to collaborate with larger production companies and tend to gravitate towards work that is for the greater good. We think the planet can always use more good. We love the creative process and are always exploring different ways to tell a story.
